Making and delivering your retail order:

South Africa:

We aim to deliver all South African retail orders between 4-6 working days.

Making your order:

On the first work day after your order is paid and processed, we will start packing your order.

It usually takes us 1 to 3 days to get your order ready before it is couriered.

All our products are made by hand by ourselves. Sometimes we may not have finished stock of your desired products, but will immediately start manufacturing them. This usually does not result in delays, but we will keep you up to in the rare circumstance that is does.

Couriering your order:

We make use of couriers to send you your order. Our preferred courier is The Courier Guy who has a great track record.

Courier time: Below are the usual courier times to destinations in South Africa. We are located in Stanford in the Western Cape.

Western Cape courier: 2-3 work days

Other South African provinces: 2-4 work days

When dispatching your order to the courier, we will send you the parcel number and courier details that you can use to track your parcel.

If in the rare circumstance that your order may take longer than 6 working days to pack and deliver, we will keep you up to date.

Courier fee:

A courier fee is calculated in your basket on our online shop and is payable with your order.

Other countries retail:

Please note that we only except retail orders if the delivery destination is in South Africa.
